In the name of Allah, Gracious, Merciful.
1By the sun and his splendor.
2And by the moon as she follow him.
3And by the day as it shows up glory.
4And by the night as it conceals it.
5And by the firmament and its structure.
6And by the earth and its expanse.
7And by the soul and the proportion and order given to it.
8And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right.
9Truly he succeeds that purifies it.
10And he fails that corrupts it.
11The people of Thamud rejected their prophet through their
inordinate wrong doing.
12Behold the most wicked man among them was deputed.
13But the apostle of Allah said to them: “It is a she camel of
Allah! and having her drink!”
14Then they rejected him and they hamstrung her. So their Lord on
account of their crime obliterated their traces and made them equal!
15And for Him is no fear of its consequences. |

1Wa samsi wa duhaha
2Wal qamari iza talaha
3Wa nahari iza jalaha
4Wa laili iza yagsaha
5Wa samaI wa ma banaha
6Wal ardi wa ma tahaha
7Wa nafsi wa ma sa waha
8Fa alhamaha fujuraha wa taqwaha
9Qad aflaha man zakaha
10Wa qad kaba man dasaha
11Kazabat samudu bitagwaha
12Izin baasa asqaha
13Faqala lahum rasulul lahi naqatal lahi wa suqyaha
14Fakazabuhu faaqaruha fa damdama alaihim rabuhum bizambihim fasa
waha
15Wa la yakafu uqbaha |
