In the name of
Allah, Gracious, Merciful.
1Concerning what are they disputing?
2Concerning the great news.
3About which they cannot agree.
4Verily, they shall soon know!
5Verily, verily, they shall soon know!
6Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse.
7And the mountains as pegs?
8And created you in pairs;
9And made your sleep for rest;
10And made the night as a covering;
11And made the day as means of subsistence?
12And built over you the seven firmaments.
13And placed a light of splendor?

1Amma yatasa alun
2Anin naba il azhim
3Al lazi hum fihi mukhtalifun
4Kalla sayalamun
5Summa kalla sayalamun
6Alam najardha mihada
7Waljibala autada
8Wa khalaqnakumazwaja
9Wa jaalna naumakum subata
10Wa jaalnallaila libasa
11Wa jaalnan nahara maasya
12Wa banaina fauqakum saban syidada
13Wa jaalna sirajaw wah haja

14And do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance.
15That We may produce therewith corn and vegetables.
16And gardens of luxurious growth?
17Verily, the day of sorting out is a thing appointed.
18The day that the trumpet shall be sounded and you shall come
forth in crowds;
19And the heavens shall be opened as if there were doors.
20And the mountains shall vanish as if they were a mirage.
21Truly, hell is as a place of ambush.
22For the transgressors a place of destination:
23They will dwell therein for ages.
24Nothing cool shall they taste therein nor any drink.
25Save a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold.
26A fitting recompense.
27For that they used not to fear any account.

14Wa jaalna minal mushirati ma an sajjaja
15Linukhrija bihi hab baw wa nabata
16Wajan natin alfafa
17Inna yaumal fashli kana miqata
18Yauma yunfakhu fi shun fatatuna afwaja
19Wa futihatis sama u fakanat abwaba
20Wa suyiratil jibalu fakanat saraba
21Inna jahanama kanat mirshada
22Lithaghina ma aba
23Labitsina fihaahqaba
24La yazuquna fiha bardaw wa la syaraba
25Illa hamimaw wa ghasaqa
26Jazaaw wifaqa
27Innahum kanu la yarjuna hisaba

28But they treated Our signs as false.
29And all things have We preserved on record.
30“So taste the fruits of your deeds; for no increase shall We
grant you except in punishment.”
31Verily, for the righteous there will be a fulfillment of
desires;
32Gardens enclosed and grape vines;
33Companions of equal age;
34And a cup full.
35No vanity shall they hear therein nor untruth
36Recompense from your Lord, a gift sufficient.
37The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all between the most
gracious: none shall have power to argue with Him.
38The day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in
ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by the most gracious,
and he will say what is right.

28Wa kazabu bi ayatina kizaba
29Wa kulla syaiin ahshainahu kitaba
30Fazuqu falan nazidakum illaazaba
31Inna lilmut taqina mafaza
32Hada iqa wa anaba
33Wa kawaiba atraba
34Wa kasan di haqa
35La yasmauna fiha lagwa wa la kizaba
36Jaza a mirabbika atha an hisaba
37Rabbi samawati wal ardhi wa mabainahuma rahmani la yamlikuna
minhu khithaba
38Yauma yaqumu ruhu wal malaikatu shafal la yatakalamuna illa man
azina lahur rahmanu wa qala sawaba

39That day will be the sure reality: therefore whoso will, let
him take a return to his Lord!
40Verily, We have warned you of a penalty near the day when man
will see which his hands have sent forth and the unbeliever will say “Woe
unto me! Would that I were dust!”

39Zalika yaumul haqu faman syaathakaza ila rabbihi maaba
40Inna anzarnakum azaban qaribayauma yanzhurul maru ma qadamat
yadahu wa yaqumul kafiru ya laitani kuntu turaba
